# FerrumOS > FerrumOS is a bootable Rust x86-64 agentic and simulator-backed cyber-physical research operating system where an AI agent runs in Ring 3 and every effect remains subject to kernel-enforced authority. ## Canonical resources - [Website](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/) - [Full public context](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/llms-full.txt) - [Measured evidence and limitations](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/proof) - [Research interfaces](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/research) - [Research interfaces in Markdown](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/research.md) - [Capability catalog](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/capabilities.json) - [Benchmark catalog](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/benchmarks.json) - [Release feed](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/releases.json) - [Read-only metadata API catalog](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/.well-known/api-catalog) - [Read-only metadata OpenAPI](https://ferrum-os.vercel.app/openapi.json) - [Source code](https://github.com/VyomKulshrestha/Ferrum-OS) - [Releases](https://github.com/VyomKulshrestha/Ferrum-OS/releases) ## Claim boundary FerrumOS v0.1.1 is a research OS and QEMU appliance, not a production-ready general-purpose OS or certified safety platform. Current main records 152 passing cyber-physical contract tests and 32 passing model/decoder gates, but this is local software evidence: no installed simulator/transport, native hypervisor, physical robot, hard-real-time, certification, or independent-replication claim is made. Neural evidence remains synthetic or recorded; there is no live-EEG accuracy or medical claim. Current main contains newer research work than v0.1.1. Machine-readable snapshots identify their source commit and content hash; do not describe main-branch evidence as shipped in v0.1.1.
